Learn meditation skills that will enhance your daily life. Meditation can be used in personal healing, problem solving, and to restore balance / wholeness to your life.
Meditation can reveal your true self and your personal connection with the God Force.
Tashene will lead six different guided meditations – ranging from relaxation visualizations to finding your guides or guardian angel. Each type of meditation may be used for different purposes or you can choose the one that works best for you. Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion if you wish to sit on the floor; or bring a mat or blanket if you wish to lie down to meditate.

REIKI LEVEL 2

In order to take this course, students must have completed Reiki 1.
Reiki 2 is a powerful continuation of Reiki 1 and will help with physical and emotional release, as well as distance healing.
